The November full council meeting will be broadcast live on our YouTube channel from 6pm on 27 November.
Reports up for debate include the finalised Licensing Act 2003 - Statement of Licensing Policy (Alcohol Entertainment and Late-Night Refreshment) 2026 - 2031 after consideration by the Licensing and Appeals Committee and public consultation.
The meeting will also consider a report on the provision of IT equipment for councillors and an update on the impact of the Second Homes Council Tax Premium since the implementation of the policy on 1st April 2025.
There's a Capital Programme update and an update too on the Council’s revenue budget for 2025/26, plus a report summarising the outturn performance against the District Council’s Derbyshire Dales Plan targets and Key Performance Indicators for Quarter 2.
The meeting will also debate the outturn of the Council's Consultation and Equality Action Plans, and a report will advise Council on the risk of designation in relation to major planning application performance, together with associated decision-making, financial and reputational implications.
Motions for debate have been submitted by Councillors Gareth Gee and Peter O'Brien.
