Short walks

What is a short walk?

A short walk with our community health walk scheme is about being led on a walk which is at a very steady pace on good ground. Each walk has its own characteristics but they are all person centred - everyone is welcome and no-one is left behind. There are usually no stiles - these only being included if everyone is able and happy to use them. There is always an option to have a cafe stop afterwards.
